Where do you source your materials from?

All of our ingredients are sourced from within the UK and Europe. We do however, research to make sure our ethics align with those we source from.

Is everything you make natural?

Yes! We use the finest natural ingredients we can find, and where possible organic and ethically sourced. All of our ingredients are plant derived or in their pure, raw form straight from nature.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

There are some essential oils you may wish to avoid during pregnancy, such as Rosemary, Lemongrass, Basil, Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Thyme, Vetiver, White Fir and Peppermint, Cedarwood, Clove, Coriander, Fennel, Juniper, Nutmeg and Pine. The overall advice is to avoid using aromatherapy during the first trimester but use with caution thereafter.

How should I store my products? And what is the shelf life of your products?

To maintain your product, keep out of direct sunlight, at a room temperature or below, and away from moisture.

Products have a shelf life of six to 12 months after opening, and a shelf life of around 2 years after production.

In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis

What packaging do you use and why?

We use eco-friendly packaging and recyclable glass and PET plastic.

We use amber glass in the majority of our range to filter out UV light, to prolong the potency of the product.

Can I use a different delivery address?

Yes, at checkout you will be able to use a separate delivery address to your billing details.

 

Can I change my address once my order’s gone through?

 Please email becomeauthenticallyyou@gmail.com and as long as we haven't started processing your order, we may be able to change this for you.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 2 days. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is despatched. Please email becomeauthenticallyyou@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation". If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will sort out your refund as soon as we receive the items back.

 Do you delivery Internationally?

We currently deliver across England and parts of Wales.

What Payment Methods Do You Offer? 

We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders using cheque's or postal order.
